"My Online Boyfriend Is My Sharp-Tongued Roommate" Chapter 10

My last exam of college was finally over.

I stretched as I walked out of the building.

The first thing I saw was Zachary standing beneath the old oak tree nearby, waiting for me.

His features were clean and handsome. Even from a distance, he looked ridiculously good.

I couldn't stop my mouth from curving.

I was about to hurry toward him when someone stepped into my path.

The guy's face was bright red. He held out an envelope.

"Sam, I've liked you for a long time."

I instinctively turned toward the tree.

Zachary was still there, wearing that familiar cold expression.

He wasn't even jealous?

I looked back at the guy in front of me and gave him a gentle smile.

"Thank you. But I have a boyfriend."

Then I walked around him and jogged toward the tree.

Zachary had already taken my bag from my shoulder before I could say anything.

He looked away and remained silent.

I couldn't help laughing.

"If you care that much, why didn't you come over? What was the point of standing here sulking?"

His mouth twitched in a smile that wasn't really a smile.

"Sam, you haven't made it official. What right do I have?"

Then his voice softened.

"Baby, when are you going to give me a title?"

I propped my chin on my hand and pretended to consider it.

"I'm in no hurry. I'll think about it a little longer."

He leaned closer, lowering his voice.

"Then I suppose I haven't been making you happy enough. I'll have to work harder tonight."

THE END
