"The Dragon’s Forsaken Mate" Chapter 74
Creed
Swiftly, I grabbed Odessa by the hand, pulling her in the opposite direction from where everyone was leaving. Heading back to the palace was not in my plans. My plans were to stay away, even if it was for just twenty-four hours. Odessa grunted while I pulled her along to the other side of the viewing area. The heavily wooded steps made no noise I stomped down to ground level.
I had kept my calm while we attended this, 'festivity,' as King Orion said, but it was far from any festivity. The people will celebrate on their own accord, that the second in command of the Rogue army is now gone. The Light Kingdom and our Dragon Tribe rejoiced, but all I could do was hold on to my mate, comfort her as her dragon destroyed the evil that now lay in ash.
Odessa was hiding her genuine emotions with her angelic face. She tried to hide the conflicting emotions, but in her heart; I knew she suffered. Killing was an idea left for me, not for my mate. She was so pure, heart-warming, and tender. I do not believe anyone expected her to light the wood as she and her dragon had claimed.
I wanted Mortus to suffer. I wanted him to bleed, have his eyes ripped from his head, watch his blood trickle to the sands below in the sparring rink. Feel every pull as I took his fangs and strapped them to a necklace around my neck, proving to all that I will destroy anyone that touches what is mine.
However, my Fawn needed this. She needed closure, and her dragon claimed the life as her own. Odessa's sudden realization that she was strong had her unleashing the power of the dragons. I was proud of her. My fawn had come from such hardship, so many trials. Facing her evil now gave her the confidence to continue. With Scorpia's refusal of Mortus, Odessa's eyes must have seen further how much the kingdoms need us. If even a single fae would give up their mate for the sake of saving Bergarian, Odessa could stand up to Mortus.
Standing in the royal box, with my family, the Orcs, Bohdi, the Fae... they had all worked together to save us, to help get my mate back when I had failed. I owed them much, and fighting in the war to help save them all would be my duty. A responsibility I wanted to take in pride.
Never in my life have I wanted to fight for so much as I do right now. I had a reason; I had a purpose, and this would give me much joy to know my children will be safe.
Odessa, trying to pick up the ragged dress and run with me, I stopped, throwing her over my shoulder. Squealing in delight, my smoke gathered around me as I ran, forming into my dragon. Her body was slung back up on my neck, gripping it tightly, leaving trails of kisses on my scales.

"May I ask why we are traveling back to the cave, Black Dragon?" She playfully scratched my shoulder. Chuckling, I moved my wings harder, faster, to get back in record time.
"A dragon's nest is its home and we have not been home in many moons. I wish to take you all over again and get any unfamiliar smell off your body."
"Oh," she trailed a finger from my shoulder up to my neck, causing my scales to ripple. "And how do you plan to get your smell on me?" Odessa snickered.
I did not bother with a response. I continued to fly higher and higher until we reached our cave. Winter had returned to the mountains. At least a foot of iridescent snow had fallen. The snow cleaning the air of smoke and ash made the air crisp and light.
Landing in front of our cave, Odessa slid off my shoulder, but before she could hit the ground, I gripped her with my arm. "You are getting so fast at shifting," she said, startled. "The magic you have brought back can do that," I hummed in her ear. Kissing down her neck, her hand fell over my arm where I had encompassed her waist, her rear pushing back into my shaft.
"Bath first?" Her hand went behind her, entangling it in my hair.
"As long as I may follow," sucking on her mark, her knees buckled, sliding from my grasp.
"Race you then!" Composing herself, she ran into the dark cave, taking off articles of clothing as she ran into our main cavern. Chairs and tables were knocked over. She halted, bare-chested only with her wrap of under leathers on. "No one is here," I grumbled at the mess. Our nest was untouched. The rest could wait. Pulling her bottom leathers free, she stood naked before me, shivering at the touch of my hands. "The spring," I spoke huskily to her, causing a grin on her face.
Turning speedily, I laughed while my own leathers fell to the floor. She was neck deep in the water, curling her finger at me, beckoning me to join. "As much as I love the view, I think I'd rather touch you." Odessa tried to swim gracefully, but her swimming was lacking, something I would work with her on come summer.
Walking in, her legs gripped around my waist. Her hands already had cleaning oils, lathering my hair as I ducked under the water. Preening, I craved this. It was one of the most loving actions mates could do. Clean each strand, each part of the body carefully, slowly, savoring every moment.
My hands, filled with cleaning oil, ran up her bare neck, leaning it to the side. It showed her mark perfectly to my eyes. Dark, deep black marks ran over her skin. My mouth hovered, she whimpered, feeling the heat of my breath. "You like this?" Kissing it softly, I sucked the mark gently, gradually becoming harder.

"Yes, oh, yes Creed." Her fingers didn't leave my hair, massaging my scalp and soon down to my neck and shoulders. Kneading them with her small hands, my sore muscles turned to soft porridge. Humming, groaning she traveled around my back, now using more oils to dig her thumbs into my back.
"This is a massage," Odessa whispered. "I thought you might like this." Groaning more, she worked my upper back, slumping down to my lower and finally with my rear. "Heaven's Creed you have a fine-looking butt," she shrieked.
Pulling her back around, my lips captured her, pulling her bottom lip with my fang. Making slow, passionate love to her was my intention, but how she teases me so, I don't know if I could. Odessa's skin from her inner thighs gripped me tightly around the torso, her wet cavern rubbing up and down.
"I want you, Creed." Lips captured my neck, sucking and tonguing the dip in my shoulder. I pulled her out of the water, still attached to me. My hand cupped her rear, holding onto it for dear life. My shaft was painfully hard. It reminded me of my rut. It had been several days since our last mating, too much, too long.
Laying her on her back, my tongue swept down the column of her neck, her pale breasts where the light sources dare not touch stared back at me. Tasting the sweetness of her nipples had me palming her stomach. What joy it would bring me to feel her swollen with child, her breasts would grow and feed our fledgling and if I was lucky..." I groaned, biting her nipple.
"Yes," she breathed. "You can bite harder." Her desires would be given, because I would never deprive my mate. Switching to the other, I sucked, bit the tip of her nipple, as she calls them, my fingers dipping lower down her body. Her inner thighs were still damp from our bath, but the arousal between her thighs had my nostrils flare.
"I smell your flower," Odessa gasped, my fingers parting her petals. "It weeps for me, I mustn't let its tears go to waste." Kissing down her torso, my tongue licked her navel, kissing each hipbone until the scruff of my beard tickled her thigh. Hand already in my hair, her dragon growled in support. Parting her petal, I licked the small bud, smelling more of her wonderful citrus scent. "Ohhh!" she whined happily. I licks quicken until my lips attached and sucked. "Yes, oh yes!" My one finger became two, pushing into her core. Her high came quickly, my beast roaring with pride at how well we have done to give our mate such pleasure.
"Creed," her hand left my hair, trying to pull me to her body. Tantalizing slow, I kissed each part of her body, starting with her thighs until my chest was raised above her. "I love you," she spoke with a tear in her eye.
"And I love you, my fawn." My shaft forced itself in, pushing her to her womb. Crying out at my girth, her fingers gripped my shoulders.
"Does my cock satisfy you?" I pushed into her sweet cavern. Her essence dripping, soaking my undercarriage. Her reels of pleasure would not let her answer. Odessa's mouth was partly open. Her eyes on me made my shaft twitch inside her. This look was radiant. It was I who gave her this pleasure, and it was I alone that would continue to pleasure her for the rest of our lives.
Odessa was my mate. I would protect her and our family. I would provide and give her the life she always wanted. Her cavern clamped on my cock, the pull and push becoming difficult to handle. "Come on me," I ordered her. "Come, let me feel your pleasure soak me," I ordered.
My fawn's head fell back on the bed, her nipples rising above her, having me lock and bite them as she rolled down from the moon to land among the stars. My body quaked, releasing my love for this woman into her body. This body was hers, my life was hers and most of all, my heart and soul were hers.
Odessa's breathing slowed, my cock still buried inside of her. My elbows lay on either side of her head while I stared down at the beauty before me. Her gentle fingers tickled my beard, running it up and down my face. Kissing those fingertips, she smiled, taking a heavy breath.
"I am so happy with you," she whispered. "I couldn't imagine my life getting any better than this." Bringing my forehead to hers, I felt the same. There was one more thing that could make our lives perfect, but for now, I want to spoil myself with my mate. Our time will come to have many fledglings, just as Hecate has said.
"Once things are safe," my lips kissed her cheeks. "I will take you on a honey-moon," I spaced out my words. Odessa laughed, causing vibration in her body. My shaft appreciated it greatly. "Where did you hear that word, you silly dragon?"
"Orion and Willa wrote a book," I said sheepishly. My face grew hot. Remembering what one of the rutting baskets held. I snatched the book quickly and hid it away so Odessa could not see.
"And what did it say?" Her eyebrows raised along with her smile. "Many things," I coughed, rolling over to my back as Odessa and I stood connected to each other. Her head rested on my shoulder, fingers tickling my arms.
"Was it a naughty book? Like Karama Sutra stuff about sexual positions?" Biting my lip, I shook my head, for fear I would give myself away. The book was most helpful during my rut. I could hit delightful places with my 'cock' and my entire shaft was grateful for it as well. My dragon forced me to read it."
"Maybe," I coughed. Odessa sat straight up, her messy, curly hair covering her breasts. Trying to part her hair so I may see her glory, she held my hands inside. "What else did it say, Prince Charming?" she said, giggling. "Did it say to talk dirty to me? Is that where you got that little bit of dirty talk from?" My breath rose, gods my mate was so smart.
"Odessa swiveled her hips, having my shaft move delectably slow in her body. Groaning, I put my hands on her hips. She continued grinding on my shaft, moving forwards and backward. Growling, my grip became tight on her rear. "Creed," she moaned. "Do you like it when I ride you?" Her breasts swayed while her body moved. "Do you want it fast or slow?" It was Odessa's turn to overpower me, and I was already defeated. Hips moving erotically, her hands going in her hair while gyrating. Suddenly, she put her finger down to her flower, playing with her nub as she rode. My eyes couldn't leave the site. She was touching herself. My fists gripped the sheets, watching her move her finger quickly back and forth. "I got a book too," her breaths haggard. Her sweet thighs squeezed my body, my shaft packed the remaining seed from my body into her womb as she continued. Her hip thrusts came faster, chills erupted on her body until letting out the loudest moan I had ever come from those tasteful lips.
Pulling her arm, I had her lay on my torso, feeling the sweat drip down the small of her back.
"So many possibilities," she whispered. Her breaths slowed, her fingers resting on my chest. My hands brushed her hair from the side of her neck to get the cool air to dry her of the sweet dew on her body.
