"Forbidden Pulse: Don't, Uncle!" Chapter 15
Chapter 15: Do You Like My Uncle?
Willow stared at the line of text on her screen.
She tilted her head and thought about it for a moment.
Was this what they called the "Daddy-type" dynamic?
Regardless, it certainly wasn't the kind of move a boy her age would make.
She typed a reply: [Okay]
She didn't leave the house all day. That evening, Julian called her via voice chat, and after confirming she was safe, he hung up immediately.
The next morning, Willow took the driver's car to school as usual.
After finishing her morning practice, Luna Hayes sat down next to her. "Willow, I saw the photos of you and your uncle on the forum the day before yesterday. I was going to help you explain, but Senior Jace was even faster—he went straight to shutting down the rumor-mongers."
Mentioning this still made Willow feel a bit uneasy.
She didn't even dare to check the forum herself.
After all, she was plagued by a guilty conscience.
She could only ask Luna, "Since Senior Jace explained, I assume no one is misunderstanding anymore?"
"True, but so many people are praising how handsome your uncle is. Plenty of people left comments below," Luna took out her phone to show her. "They're literally begging for your uncle’s contact information."
With the phone screen thrust before her eyes, Willow couldn't ignore it and had to look.
The comments were mostly admiring Julian’s looks or jokingly asking for his number.
Just as she was about to relax, one comment caught her eye.
[Is he a real uncle, or a "sugar uncle"?]
Willow’s almond-shaped eyes widened. She instinctively grabbed the phone, wanting to delete the sentence, but she didn't have the permissions.
"Willow, what's wrong?" Luna noticed her strange reaction, leaned over to take a look, and frowned. "Why are people so vulgar? It’s fine, I’ll contact someone to help delete it in a bit. Don't take it to heart."
Willow let out a breath of relief and nodded gently.
She had been a bit too reactive.
Luna patted her back and asked curiously, "Willow, does your uncle have a girlfriend?"
"No."
"Then what about his sexual orientation? Is it... normal?"
Willow answered honestly, "It should be."
"Wow," Luna got excited. "Then what type of girls does he like?"
"Luna," Willow didn't know how to answer this time because she truly didn't know. "Why are you asking this? Do you... like my uncle?"
"Cast a wide net to catch more fish," Luna wrapped an arm around her neck. "Senior Jace told me he fell for you at first sight. Since I don't have a chance there, of course I have to broaden my horizons. Tell me, what would you think of me becoming your aunt?"
Willow thought about it for a second.
She and Julian had shared a night together.
If Luna really ended up with him, wouldn't that mean... the two of them had slept with the same man.

No, just thinking about it was messy.
"Maybe you should just forget it," her lips twitched. "I’ll introduce you to some excellent men when I meet them in the future."
Luna frowned and walked to the side, muttering, "What man could possibly be more excellent than your uncle?"
...
Luna was quite reliable in her actions. By the time school ended in the afternoon, Willow checked the forum again and that comment was gone.
She couldn't help but sigh in relief.
Even though they weren't related by blood, something that shouldn't have happened definitely had.
After having a simple dinner, Willow lay in bed playing with her phone.
A WeChat call came in, and she reflexively tapped to answer.
"Wil—"
The man only uttered one syllable before stopping.
Realizing it was a video call, Willow was stunned for a moment.
Julian was leaning quite close; his features filled the entire screen.
He had a superior bone structure, and his handsomeness was striking.
After a few seconds of silence, Willow spoke: "Uncle Julian, I'm doing fine today."
"Mm."
Julian acknowledged her, then promptly hung up.
He pulled off the bathrobe he had just put on and stepped into the shower.
As the cold water cascaded over his head, the heat in his body didn't dissipate much.
His mind was full of the image he had just seen.
Willow was lying on the bed in her pajamas, her pure and delicate face flushed pink.
Beneath her fair neck was her exceptionally soft and tender skin.
He knew exactly how she tasted.
Half an hour later, he emerged from the bathroom, radiating a cold aura.
The phone he had tossed aside was ringing incessantly.
He stepped over quickly; it was actually Willow.
Seeing a dozen missed calls, he dialed back.
On the screen was the young girl’s panicked face: "Uncle..."
