"Taming the Crybaby Tyrant:"On the First Day We Lived Together, He Beat Me Until I Cried"" Chapter 49: Biting His Finger
Chapter 49: Biting His Finger
Sebastian fell into a deep sleep, his breathing steady and long.
Lucian stopped the massage and gently adjusted him into a comfortable position. He leaned against the bedside, cradling the man in his arms and keeping him company throughout the night. His gaze remained fixed on Sebastian’s face, as if he could never see enough of him.
The early morning sunlight filtered in, resting on Sebastian’s brow and eyes, outlining his handsome features.
The more Lucian looked, the more precious he felt this man was. This face was simply a masterpiece; even now, gaunt and weary from illness, he couldn't hide that innate air of nobility and beauty. Time seemed to treat him with exceptional favor; instead of leaving many marks, it had added a layer of mature charm, like an aged wine—increasingly mellow and captivating.
Furthermore, Sebastian was currently leaning in his arms without a stitch of clothing, having dropped all his defenses... Lucian’s heart tightened suddenly, and an indescribable impulse surged within him.
He couldn't help but hold the man tighter.
The medicine in the IV bottle was nearly gone, with only a few drops slowly sliding down the infusion tube. Lucian glanced at it and dialed Xavier’s number.
"Dr. Xavier, the IV is almost finished. What should I do?" Lucian was clearly a bit flustered; he had forgotten to call Xavier in advance.
On the other end, Xavier seemed busy, his voice accompanied by background noise. "Oh, just pull the needle out. Press a cotton ball on the site for a while so it doesn't bleed."
"Pull it out myself?" Lucian frowned, hesitating.
"Yes, it’s simple. Just do it." Xavier hung up hurriedly, seemingly called away by a patient.
Lucian looked at the needle connected to the back of Sebastian’s hand, feeling a bit apprehensive. He had never done this before and was terrified of hurting him. But seeing the fluid about to run out, he didn't have much choice.
He took a deep breath, carefully peeled off the tape securing the needle, then held his breath and pulled the needle out swiftly and gently.
In his sleep, Sebastian seemed to feel something; his brow furrowed slightly, but he didn't wake up.
Lucian quickly grabbed a cotton ball, pressed it against the puncture site, and rubbed it gently. His gaze fell on Sebastian’s hand—it was a beautiful hand, slender and powerful with well-defined knuckles. Now, however, it looked somewhat pale and weak.
Lucian couldn't resist picking the hand up to examine it closely...
He traced the back of Sebastian’s hand with his thumb, feeling the delicate skin and the slight protrusion of the veins. Driven by an indescribable urge, he lowered his head and kissed it softly.
His kisses started from the back of the hand, moved down to the fingertips, and then he took Sebastian's index finger into his mouth... He kissed it meticulously, as if tasting some precious delicacy... After a while, he couldn't help but bite down gently a few times, leaving shallow tooth marks.

"Mm... bastard..."
Sebastian seemed to feel a tickle in his sleep, muttering unconsciously as he tried to pull his hand back. Lucian only held on tighter, refusing to let go. He continued to kiss the hand as if he were addicted. He knew Sebastian was sleeping soundly and wouldn't wake up, so he became even more brazen...
Sebastian was eventually woken by a slight stinging sensation.
He moved, trying to withdraw his hand, only to find it was being held in someone's mouth. He looked down.
Lucian was holding him, pinning him down, with Sebastian's finger inside his mouth—biting it! Moreover, this guy was clearly too absorbed in the moment! He hadn't even noticed Sebastian was awake!
Sebastian glared at him viciously. At the base of the finger, there was a shallow ring of tooth marks, flushed red...
"Lucian!"
He yanked his hand away and threw a punch.
Lucian was knocked backward, looking at Sebastian with a dazed expression.
"What?"
Sebastian raised his hand, shoving the tooth marks in his face.
"You did this?"
Lucian took a look and let out a yawn.
"Oh."
"Oh?!" Sebastian’s voice rose. "Are you a freaking dog?"
Lucian let go of him, climbed off the bed, and stretched.
"What? I took care of you all night, what’s wrong with biting you for a bit?"
"Besides, who told you to put your hand there?" he said slowly. "You delivered it yourself. It would be a waste not to bite."
Sebastian glared at him. Lucian looked at his expression and suddenly laughed. This guy was actually quite amusing; when he was riled up, he was actually quite cute.
Lucian’s grin was incredibly cheeky and asking for a beating.
"What," he leaned down, bringing his face close to Sebastian’s, "want to hit me?"
Sebastian swung his hand for a slap. But the moment he moved, Lucian caught his wrist.
"Just this much strength?" Lucian squeezed his wrist, his smile becoming even more provocative. "The IV hasn't even finished wearing off yet, Counselor."
Sebastian struggled, but couldn't break free. He lay on the bed, hand pinned, his back having no strength, his whole body as soft as mud.
Lucian looked down at him, at his flushed face, his burning eyes, and that stifled rage of wanting to kill someone but being unable to. He simply couldn't stop himself from laughing out loud.
He let go of the hand, straightened up, and took a step back.
"Alright, sleep a bit longer," he said. "I'm going to get my computer."
He turned to walk out. Sebastian stared at his back, watching the door open and shut, the fire in his chest burning hotter and hotter.
Get his computer? Get a damn computer!
Why was he acting so righteous? Why did he run off immediately after biting someone?! Why did he—
Sebastian sat up abruptly. A wave of stiffness hit his back, but he didn't care. He threw back the duvet, preparing to get out of bed—

Then he froze...
He wasn't wearing anything. His whole body was bare, with only a thin set of pajamas crumpled in a heap at the corner of the bed.
His face turned beet red—from rage.
Gritting his teeth, he grabbed the pajamas and threw them on haphazardly. He fastened three buttons, two of which were misaligned, making the hem uneven.
He didn't care about that. Supporting himself against the nightstand, he stood up. His legs were a bit weak and his head was spinning, but he stood up nonetheless. He walked out step by step.
Entering the hallway, he saw Lucian coming out of the opposite bedroom, holding a laptop. Lucian saw him and stepped closer to inspect him.
"Oh, decided to get up?"
Sebastian didn't speak. He walked over. Then, catching the man off guard, he delivered a kick.
Lucian was sent back a step, nearly dropping the laptop. Once he steadied himself, he immediately looked up at Sebastian.
"You're having another episode, aren't you?!"
His voice rose too, out of irritation. He truly couldn't understand what this ailment was. One word out of line and he resorts to violence—hitting or kicking all day long. Not even a man made of iron could stand it!
Sebastian stood before him, the rims of his eyes red.
"I'll freaking—"
Before he could finish, his head suddenly spun. His vision went black, the world tilted, and he tumbled forward.
Lucian caught him in one move.
"Hey!"
Sebastian leaned against him, eyes closed, his face as white as paper.
"Sebastian! Sebastian!"
Sebastian opened his eyes and glanced at him. The look was both fierce and soft, stubborn and weak.
"Let... let go..."
Lucian didn't let go. He held the man's waist with one hand and cradled the back of his head with the other, circling him in his embrace.
"Let go my ass." His voice was hard, but his hands were shaking. "You can't even stand, yet you're still kicking people."
Sebastian leaned against him, gasping. He was only wearing that button-down pajama top, the collar open to reveal the curve of his collarbone. His feet were bare against the cold floor, his toes curled.
Lucian looked down at him—at his pale face, his fluttering eyelashes, and his clenched jaw. He suddenly sighed.
"I'm truly done with you."
He swept Sebastian up in a bridal carry, walked back into the bedroom, and laid him gently on the bed.
Sebastian lay there, staring at him. Lucian stood by the bed, looking down. The two locked eyes.
"Still want to kick me?" Lucian asked.
Sebastian didn't speak. Lucian leaned down, pulled the duvet up, and covered him.
"Fine," he said. "Rest well. Hit me again when you have the strength."
He turned to leave, but his hand was caught. He looked back. Sebastian was gripping his wrist tightly.
Lucian looked at Sebastian with amusement, smiling as he gripped the hand back. "What, can't bear to see me leave?"
"Should I stay and lie with you for a bit?"
"Or do you still need a hug?"
Sebastian looked at him, nearly dying of rage.
Lucian teased him while stroking his fingers, looking quite satisfied. At the base of the finger, there was that shallow ring of red tooth marks.
Sebastian glared at him, too angry to speak.
Once a person becomes weak, even their anger looks like they are acting spoiled.
